Termolar R-Evolution is a Brazilian-made stainless steel thermos that is perfect for yerba mate. It features their 360º "Clickmate" spout, which opens by pushing down on one end to raise it up, and closes by pushing it back down to make that signature *click* sound. It also has a plastic lid/cup and handle for comfortable pouring. It's advertised to hold hot water for up to 24 hours and cold water for up to 36 hours! To top it off, there's also an anti-slip base underneath to keep it stable.

Care / Maintenance
Mate Gourds
Before your first use, it's best to cure your mate gourd to remove debris and reduce bitter tannins.
- Fill with hot water (170°F / 77 °C) and steep for 20 minutes.
- Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Rest gourd on its side in a well-ventilated spot (a fan works best).
Bombillas
New bombillas should be cleaned to remove potential manufacturing residue.
- Boil in water with 1 tbsp baking soda for 10–15 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly and let it dry.
Yerba Mate
Keep yerba mate in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. For green yerba, store in the fridge/freezer to preserve freshness and prevent degradation
