Grown in the rich soils of Parana, Brazil, La Palma offers a fresh, yet traditional drinking experience like never before. This yerba is unsmoked and non-aged with a fine Uruguayan cut (P.U.1) to help you build the perfect mountain of mate. Full-bodied and ultra smooth, imagine a marriage between Brazilian chimarrao and green tea. The flavor profile presents itself with rich notes of earth, florals, dark chocolate, and fresh grass.

Mate Gourds
Before your first use, it's best to cure your mate gourd (if made of calabash or wood) to remove debris and reduce bitter tannins.
- Fill with hot water (170°F / 77 °C) and steep for 20 minutes.
- Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Dry gourd on its side in a well-ventilated spot (a fan works best).
Bombillas
New bombillas should be cleaned to remove any potential manufacturing residue.
- Boil in water with 1 tbsp baking soda for 10–15 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Yerba Mate
Keep yerba mate in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. For green yerba, store in the fridge/freezer to preserve freshness and prevent degradation. An airtight container works best.

The Goat
Nice taste but its not that green as its shown in the videos, mine cane in looking a little lighter green than canarias.
This is the First Yerba ive ever had and i absolutely love it. Will be buying more!
Oh my gosh, it's amazing! I wished I've gotten this sooner in my mate journey. For me, this one has no bitterness at all and VERY sweet. All in all, very enjoyable and I can see myself drinking more of this.
